Der erste Film zeigt die Verbindungslinien zwischen den Lebensmitteln, die täglich in Spanien konsumiert werden und den gefährlichen sozialen und ökologischen. Auswirkungen des Anbaust von gentechnisch verändertem Soja in Paraguay (Ruin der traditionellen Dorflandwirtschaft und gewalttätige Vertreibung landlos gewordener Bauern), sowie die Konsequenzen dieses Models für Spanische Kleinbauern und Milchproduzenten (sinkende Preise, Bankrott, Konzentration der Landwirtschaft und Monokultur), und verweist auf alternative Produzenten-Konsumenten-Beziehungen als einen möglichen Ausweg. Die beiden weiteren Kurzfilme zeigen zwei Beispiele aktiven Widerstands gegen das industrielle Modell, eine ecuadorianische Initiative, die die genetische Vielfalt der Samen erhält, sowie Protest gegen den Anbau gentechnisch veränderte Organismen in Portugal.
